2. Depending upon the version of Windows you are running, you will need to click Run/Open as opposed to Save. Once the file downloads, you may have to confirm by clicking Run again.
3. The remote sessions will begin. Once the remote session has ended, the support software will automatically be shut-down and removed, and your system will be returned to your control.
